The call is for owners with a specific property or asset under consideration. Bring what you have — a tax parcel, a contract, an inherited holding, an underperforming asset — and one or two questions that have been keeping you on the fence.
If we are the right firm to help, we scope the engagement on the call. If we are not, we tell you who is. Either is a usable answer.
